Amazingly delicious! They truly captured the omotenashi spirit, with a playful touch of combining Japanese and western flavors. The tempura was perfectly fried - something that's very difficult to achieve even at other restaurants. The service was also so welcoming - omakase can be a bit pretentious at times but this place kept the elegance of washoku while also maintaining a warm experience for the customers. We will be becoming regulars here - such a gem of a place!
Great place to celebrate a special occasion, the intimacy of only six customers allowed the staff to make everyone’s experience unique. I have highly recommend Secchu Yokota to my friends.
I had bookmarked this place over a year ago, and I finally decided to try it out for my 30th birthday. I’m so glad I did, I wouldn’t have wanted to celebrate anywhere else. After nearly three years of living in NYC, I can confidently say this was the best dining experience I’ve had (disclaimer: I’m a foodie lol).
