Ordered fried chicken and it’s totally burned, tastes bitter and thrown away

This chashu rice bowl is absolutely fantastic! The pork belly is tender, perfectly seared, and packed with flavor. The sweet-savory glaze and sprinkle of sesame seeds elevate it to another level.

The “Chashu Rice Bowl” was underwhelming. There was only one slice of chashu, and the majority of the bowl was shredded cabbage, with just a piece of pickled radish on the side. I was expecting more chashu and a better balance of ingredients. Hope they reconsider the portioning or rename the dish to better reflect what’s actually inside. Taste good but too sad

This place is amazing. The broth is unique and the meat is just perfect. This place uses secret ingredients. I over heard from the owner.

Skip it. I had the signature black garlic ramen bowl. It was the blandest bowl of ramen I have ever had. It looks amazing but the broth and taste of the meat is flavorless. I have never had a disappointing bowl of hot ramen until I came to this place.

Also, it’s located in a food hall with a bunch of other spots. There is adequate seating but it is not a genuine sit down solo restaurant. So food is not brought to you, and no free glass of water here.

Donburi bowl was weak, rice was both undercooked and overcooked. Mushy and raw in the middle. The teriyaki chicken was fine ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ coleslaw tasted a lil like dirt.

The most expensive and flavorless ramen I have ever had. I even paid extra for extra meat and with the portion size of the extra meat I question what the regular portion looks like. Highly disappointed and only leaving this review so I can remind myself not to go here when I’m tempted to get Ramen.

This ramen place is so underrated. The noodle is cooked to perfection - just enough chewiness and not soggy at all. The soup base is just fatty enough and so so tasty. I also like how they package their to go orders.

I definitely recommend this place.

I visited New York last year and I still think about the black garlic pork noodles to this day!!! The food is so authentic and seasoned to perfection! I can’t seem to find any other place that has a good of food as they do. The customer service was also memorable! They were very nice and patient with me and my family. Next time I’m in New York, no matter where I am, I’m going to get these noodles
