Good quality smash burger and great sauce but highly overpriced. A single shouldn’t be more than $9 and a double shouldn’t be more than $13. I eat smash burgers 75% of my meals these days and this is just far too expensive for what you get. I get that it’s NYC but there’s plenty of better smash burgers for a lot less money in this town
Juicy and savory with the subtle crispiness of a smash burger, Extra Sauce delivers the goods with its melt-in-your mouth “Classic” double burger. A good cheeseburger is one of my favorite meals, and Extra Sauce has one of, if not the, best cheeseburgers I’ve had. Owner Lee is also a really nice, personable dude. Can’t wait for the new location to open in Bushwick!
