We had such a great night at Seoul Bap NYC. It’s one of those spots that makes you fall in love with Korean food all over again. You’ll find it right in the Flatiron District at 55 W 27th St.
The cocktails were incredible. Chris, the bartender, really knows his craft.
The Lavender Skies was floral and refreshing, and the Bourbon Bee Hive hit the perfect sweet spot with honey and rye.

Seoul BAP offers a delightful fusion of Korean and New York flavors in a cozy, modern setting. The bibimbap and bulgogi are standouts, with fresh ingredients and tender, flavorful meat. The diverse menu provides a great mix of textures and tastes, perfect for sharing with a group. The restaurant has an intimate and lively vibe, with dim lighting adding a romantic touch, making it an ideal date spot. The food and ambiance are superb, with a decor that is loved by many. The staff is friendly and attentive, with service that is excellent and over the top. From the moment customers walk in the door, they feel welcomed. The menu includes standouts like the bulgogi bibimbap and bulgogi japchae, though the bulgogi can be sweeter than anticipated and the japchae spicier. Other delicious options include Korean fried chicken with a delicious sauce, prawn stew with abundant seafood, and burrata tteokbokki that is tender and chewy with a sweet and spicy rose sauce. The mango yuzu cake is soft, airy, and flavorful, and the Korean pear cocktail is beautifully made and delicious. Dumplings and chips are also enjoyed by diners. The restaurant is calm and welcoming, making everyone feel at ease and relaxed, with tiny lights on the tables as a welcome added touch. Seoul BAP is a great spot with tasty food and a cozy atmosphere, highly recommended for a hangout or date night.
