Seoul Salon is such a trendy and aesthetic restaurant and the food didn't disappoint. I'd definitely recommend making reservations because it was all packed for a Thursday dinner. To start the meal, they give this crispy ramen cracker snack with a hot sauce drizzled on top and it was so nostalgic to the snacks I used to eat when I was younger. Another good restaurant under Hand Hospitality. Went for dinner for the first time and the food was very good. I liked most of the items we ordered. My first time trying raw marinated crabs and they were very tasty! Spices in the marinade were well balanced and the crab meat was fresh and creamy. The scallop rice was also very good. Seoul Salon NYC is a charming spot with a unique vibe that leaves you feeling a bit intrigued. The food is solid, though not exactly fireworks for your taste buds.
