I love Eatily, so this was disappointing. First, it was very hard to find. The service was wonderful though. Food - one appetizer was just bread...The tuna appetizer was very fishy and not good....beef was good and pasta was good. Overall...OK - nothing special unfortunately
The decor is beautiful, and the staff is very attentive and the dinner was served at just the right pace. Burrata, foccacia was lovely, the wine list is decent. Cocktails are pretty, my Old fashioned was too sweet. THe dinners, pasta, meats, seafood among us were so yummy! The price point was what you would expect in a lovely NYC restaurant. We will be back.
We had a 6 PM reservation for a party of seven to celebrate a birthday. Some of our guests arrived early with a cake, but the greeter told them “you should have bought this from our bakery instead” and refused to handle it. When I arrived later, I saw the cake sitting out rather than being refrigerated. I pointed this out to another greeter, who was very helpful and made sure it was finally stored properly — which I appreciated, though it should have been handled correctly...
