Eataly in New York brought that familiar "bring Italy to your home" vibe I've come to know and love from their locations worldwide. There's something comforting about the consistency in their theme, no matter where you are. I'll admit, stepping into the New York store, my expectations were sky-high, secretly hoping it would dwarf the one back in Toronto with its grandeur.
