Always an excellent standard among the Burgers offering in New York, to take away or to enjoy on site at Madison Square Park, if the weather is nice. The simple Schack Burger is already excellent ($7.99) but my favorite is the Smoke Schack with its crispy bacon ($9.49). Don't forget to share a portion of the legendary Bacon Cheese Fries ($6.79). The quality to price ratio is excellent !

I was skeptical eating a good burger in a park shack, but along the with staff responsiveness and professionalism, the burger was OUTSTANDING. Excellent balance of ingredients and perfect preparation and taste of the hamburger meat. I was SO surprised and relished each and every bite. Staff were exceptional

I tried Shake Shack after hearing so much about it, and honestly, it didn't disappoint. The cheese and sauce on the burger were really good, making it stand out from other places. Although the burger seemed a bit small, you have the option to double up on the patty. The fries were just right, not too dry or overly seasoned. It's a solid choice for a meal, especially with its location in Madison Park adding a nice touch.

It's an outdoor Shake Shack. I think it would be a good idea to go on a day when the weather is nice. It was between buildings, so on a windy day, my glass of beer would tip over. The taste was very good and ketchup and other items are available next to the food pickup area.

While the food at Shake Shack lived up to its reputation of being hot and crispy, unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the service. Despite there being more cooks than customers, the wait for our food was unreasonably long, stretching to approximately 20 minutes. The slow service detracted from an otherwise enjoyable dining experience.
