Food is good but the service is awful. I order ahead 10min before coming and still end up waiting 5min for my food. They never give utensils or condiments or napkins even after you mention in the app you want them included.

i rate a 3 star but the workers are super nice i’d rate them a 5. But! the men keep going in the woman’s bathroom like?!..there’s a men and all gender bathroom this is insane. Shake Shack please keep a better eye.
