My 15yr old daughter needed to use the bathroom, they told her NO she needs to buy something. She said okay tried to wait on line but couldnt hold it so she said please let me use the bathroom and I will pay once I come out. They told her NO and my KID urinated on herself because she couldn't hold it. I mean have a heart , I will never go back to this place again.

Your staff are rude unprofessional ghetto first time there. Your female manage is very ghetto her body language facial vocal tone was very not acceptable streetwise. I couldn't make a complaint due to the fact she had her staff under her not take my name number for the main manager to speak to. I can't believe your staff has no edit home training. First impression mean alot. I will be contacting the corporate office. I want my concerns to be taken seriously .your female manager behavior just show what kind of people you hire. .

While they took our orders, there was a noticeable lack of warmth or enthusiasm in their interactions, which detracted from the overall dining experience.
