If using tap pay, you can use the kiosk to order...quick transaction. Food was tasty and the lady at the counter was pleasant. Overall, I would go back for take-out...not so much for Dine-In...Its a little dark but that my personal preference. Enjoy?
The food was hot and fresh and they really know what they're doing there I totally and completely enjoyed it. I would highly recommend.Wheelchair accessibility: I have to use a scooter to get around because I cannot walk properly and they had a beautiful ramp within the store that I was able to go up to the counter order the food and then sit at a table it was wonderful.

Located in the heart of Harlem, Shake Shack Harlem offers a tantalizing array of burgers and classic American fare. While the burger itself was undoubtedly delicious, our experience was somewhat dampened by the less-than-friendly demeanor of the staff.we were met with a lukewarm reception from the staff. While they took our orders, there was a noticeable lack of warmth or enthusiasm in their interactions, which detracted from the overall dining experience.
