I usually call and order for delivery and my issue is the phone etiquette. Everytime i call I experience rudeness and its just unpleasant. They don't know how to talk to people kindly and dont take time to listen. They rush to take your order and hang up before you can say anything else. I have to alwats call back to finish my order like adding a drink ir dessert and ask for price total so im prepared to pay. They dont speak professionally. The meat was pretty tuff and not seasoned
I was disappointed during this visit; I ordered a ‘Beef Ribs ‘ dinner instead I received what appeared to be flank steak drenched in bbq sauce and BEWARE of the elderly worker with salt and pepper mustache who I witnessed over charge customers purposely in the hope that one doesn’t recognize it on the receipt that is not itemized He charged me a whopping extra $2 00 to place sour cream on my bake potato despite me clarifying in advance 👀
