I was waiting, sitting just like everyone else,and they have my orders NAME,&they didn't call my name out,I sat there for about 30 to 40 minutes,¬ knowing my food was on the SHELF, WAITING TO BE GRABBED.THAT WAS THE BAD PART TO IT.MUCH BLESSINGS!!!
The problem with Wingstop is the service is very slow . Especially when it comes to delivery. I mean they stopped making the best dang rolls ever. I'd probably think because of covid not really sure but the last time I went was 01/12/24 and it was better and it was on a Friday Also, they need to get security to stop having homeless people begging people while they're eating. I've ordered delivery from this place a few times, and you know what? It's a bit hit or miss. Sometimes they're super fast, and other times it takes forever. As for the food, well, sometimes it's really fresh, but other times, not so much. It's hard to say what the deal is, whether it's the delivery folks or just the specific location. I wish I could figure it out, but hey, that's life!
