I've ordered delivery from this place a few times, and you know what? It's a bit hit or miss. Sometimes they're super fast, and other times it takes forever. As for the food, well, sometimes it's really fresh, but other times, not so much. It's hard to say what the deal is, whether it's the delivery folks or just the specific location. I was waiting, sitting just like everyone else,and they have my orders NAME,&they didn't call my name out,I sat there for about 30 to 40 minutes,¬ knowing my food was on the SHELF, WAITING TO BE GRABBED.THAT WAS THE BAD PART TO IT.MUCH BLESSINGS!!!

The problem with Wingstop is the service is very slow . Especially when it comes to delivery. I mean they stopped making the best dang rolls ever. I'd probably think because of covid not really sure but the last time I went was 01/12/24 and it was better and it was on a Friday Also, they need to get security to stop having homeless people begging people while they're eating. It's very annoying. I feel like if they cared about the customers they will also do that because is like I said, really annoying to have to have somebody asking while you're eating is disturbing my peace and I don't want to stab somebody with a plastic fork ? just kidding ? Also, from what I seen the glass door is broken so I don't know what happened. But that also proves that they need security or sub type of protection for not only protection for customers but also for employees. Overall, not that bad. I like the wings. I wish they had a a sauce more sauce for the parmesan wings instead of a seasoning type sauce. It's not saucy enough. I know this isn't Buffalo wild wings but they got it on point when it comes to the parmesan wings sauce not season. Lemon pepper should be a sauce too. I know wings for this eatery is a sauce but it's not saucy enough you see where I'm Going with this

My son went here with two of his friends. After placing their order the reported manager gets arrested for assault and due to the commotion 2 of the boys didn't get their food. The employees refused to serve them or provide a refund. Absolutely ridiculous.
