Extremely slow service today. I must have seen 15-20 orders fulfilled before mine. It seemed to receive no consideration.

It was also largely room temperature by the time I received it. Chicken tasted good, but bun was a bit compressed.

General Manager Cindy was so helpful with a delivery order that was not delivered. She was polite, understanding and very professional. We love Shake Shack and although our order never made it to us, we will definitely still be coming back for more. Thank you Cindy. Hope you get the recognition you deserve for doing what you do.
