One of the rare SS where you have a great chance of finding a seat most days.
Food is consistently solid. Service is indifferent and spotty depending on the day.

I would normally rate them a 5 but today I ordered a fountain drink and a soft but solid chunk went up my straw that wasn't ice.

I've been to many shake shacks. This one is pretty good....hot fresh...same wait time as most. By a bus stop so can't park that close. Good if you're on public transportation.

Ordered a Milkshake to go via the kiosk. Waited for 20 minutes and my order was not called out. People who had ordered food after me came and left. When asked about my order, the staff couldn't even find my order. Apparently it just disappeared, and I was standing in front of the counter the entire time! Took awhile for them to redo my order because the staff managing the beverages counter went to take a break and apparently no one else can do until she's back.
Only give 4 star for the milkshake, other than that it's just poor service.

They need a staff member to help people out in the kiosk. Laura and in her staff still do a good job, especially Riccardi could say him hard hardest working.Guy!
I came in during my birthday and the server Ken gave me a surprise bday sundae and it made my day. Excellent Server and wondeful establishment!
