Our manager Ed was outstanding! He was working all alone and provided our group of 9 impeccable and timely service. He truly made this my best experience at Shake Shack. The food itself was great and the atmosphere was very good.

We ordered a basic Shake Schak burger and the food was delicious, however, the food was served in a rush and not very nicely.

The food and service is good, the only complaint honestly is that it’s just very busy all of the time but I mean hey thats not their fault

I have to take a moment to recognize Ed at Shake Shack Lexington Ave & 54th St because his service consistently stands out every single time I visit.

From the moment you walk in, Ed is attentive, welcoming, and genuinely present with every customer. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well, but does it with such compassion and empathy. He takes the time to listen, communicates clearly, and makes sure every order and interaction is handled with care.

What really sets Ed apart is how he treats everyone both customers and fellow employees with respect and kindness. You can feel the positive energy he brings into the space, and it truly elevates the entire experience at this location.

In a fast-paced environment like this, service can easily feel rushed or impersonal but not with Ed. He consistently goes above and beyond, and it does not go unnoticed.

Shake Shack is lucky to have him on their team!

I order from this Shake Shack from time to time but i’ll say their quality has gone down. I picked up my order and took it to my office which is literally a 2 minute walk and once I opened the food it was cold. It was so cold that the cheese on the burger was rock solid and the cheese for the fries was like a rock when I attempted to drop it to the fries. It was always nice and hot by the time I get to my office. I will no longer be ordering from here after wasting $22 on gross cold food.

The workers were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very clean for most fast food places. Not much of a view at night. The K bbq chicken bites are delicious. I’d also don’t recommend to have boba with ice if you’re adding to a cola because then you can’t slurp it. I wish they had wifi. Also an all gender 2 restrooms. 🚽

It is closed without any online indication that it is closed until you try to walk in. do not plan to go here
