The gentleman serving tables today at 3:22 was phenomenal. In all my years getting shake shack I never had anyone tend to the tables and ask how everything is. He came and asked if I liked water with my burger and brought it to me. When a stand up guy!

I tend to shy away from reviews of fast food restaurants unless it’s a polar experience. Not sure why this location has stirred my interest but the experience was great from start to finish . Ordering was simple and convenient. Food was pretty good but it seems like there’s a staff member who provides exceptional service to everyone!
