My very nocturnal friend managed to snag one of the last reservations for Shinn West while they're still offering their crazy BOGO omakase deal, so I was Super excited to have the chance to give it a try at this ridiculously low price.
The reservations slots are booked for an hour, and they do start very punctually -- so try not to be late! However, even though it may seem quick, they do a good job of pacing each course/piece and it didn't feel rushed...

Nice burgetable omakase, actually $69 per person (12 courses and 1 handroll), but this time got BOGO, a very nice price for $69 for two. Every course was so fresh, and the chefs were very professional. Only 55 minutes dine-in for each reservation. It felt like fast food, lol.

Start to finish the fish were great. Fresh, plump, perfectly seasoned when necessary. I enjoyed the counter seating with the high-tops. They are extremely efficient as they had another seating the hour after hours so they turn over the place very quickly. There are also two different chefs so the small group is split even...
