Great atmosphere & Tony the owner is so welcoming ... but the food is amazing & recommend anyone padding NYC to drop in!
We stopped by Shinsen while walking down Chinatown, such a nice surprise ! Very chill place, good service, and affordable good food ! (Fresh handmade limonade, delicious bento box for $9 only) While San Gennaro festival on Mulberry St was packed and noisy, Shinsen made our day with its relaxing ambiance. Thanks !

Great place between Chinatown Manhattan Bridge ramp. Nice choice of sushi, bowls and bento boxes. Fast, friendly service. Great spot for a quick sushi lunch. Five star for the all round affordable service
I am pretty disappointed by the quality if the food. One of the fish in my don smells, and with Maryland uni just not as good as I expected.
Awful. Would give a zero if I could was. Service was terrible and so was the food. The salmon terriyaki was raw and there was a hair in the salad, not to mention the glasses they gave us had old food remaining on it. Awful.
