Dumplings were great. The level of cleanliness is very poor. Tables are not wiped down, they appear to be putting next to no effort in keeping the restaurant clean which is a bit of a let down.
best and most affordable dumplings and noodles in the city. cash only and very no-frills. super fast and always packed, for good reason. perfect chinatown stop if you want a satisfying bite under $10. i always leave full and happy.
