Fast casual serving authentic chinese food. There is a kiosk or order through the person behind the counter. Then, they give you a number and they call out the food. The wait time was around 10 minutes since it is made to order. I was not expecting to get a lot of meat but for the price it was surprisingly adequate. However, the beef soup was not hot at all.
Overall, it is pretty decent food for the amount of you get, but there is still room for improvement. Also, the bathroom could be cleaner.

Food is awesome if you love rice and Hunan style Chinese with lots of vegetables and spices. Never crowded so the wait is never bad. Dumplings, appetizers and desserts are all very tasty. It’s self-serve and prices are going up but the quality of the food is the same over the years.

It was very authentic. Super spicy food! Be aware! I thought I was pretty good with spice so I got normal spice level (the one above mild) and I was dying. But if you want authentic, spicy food, this is the place!

Quick and delicious. Im a spicy food lover and this place didn't disappoint. I had the spicy squid bowl with rice and noodles. Very good. Will come back again.
I had the Chairman Maos Favorite Braised Pork, and it was tasty and cooked perfectly. Marinated perfectly. I got it with rice and medium spicy level, and it was spicy enough. I think the spicy is quite hot, so be aware, this place does not mess around if you want spicy. Plenty of seats to dine in.
