Great, quick Neopolitan Pizza! Decent prices for good quality pizza at a quick pace. The ingredients used in the pizza have always tasted delicious and fresh. One of my favorites is Prosciutto E Funghi! Offers a nice flavor combination with the mushroom and prosciutto cotto to add some salty and savoriness without overpowering the fresh flavor of the tomatos as well as great dough.
I got the seasonal special pizza which had ramps and it was overall good. I gave 4 stars because the crust wasn't crispy enough. I normally ask for my pizza crispy when I order, but couldn't find a way to do that on their website.
Big fan of Naples style pizza here. It isn’t like NY style pizza with the crusty bottom; it’s light, slightly chewy and airy with classic caramelized to charred bulbous thingese. I’ve been trying to find a place that can deliver what I experienced in Naples, but I’ll have to keep searching. Simo has given a good effort, but I think they could go with a sweeter sauce and a lighter airier crust. However the ambiance is lovely and service excellent. Give’m a try and see...
