I work for an event venue and have been working around events for 15+ years. While I heard the food was great, this catering team left early and before the event was complete without doing any breakdown. If you work in events, you know this is highly unusual as it is the catering teams responsibility to setup and breakdown events and it's standard in all catering contracts. I've actually never seen a catering team leave before the event was over. My limited venue staff had to do breakdown, which is not their job and which I had to pay them extra to. It felt like the catering company took advantage of my venue and staff, when I'm sure they were paid for the breakdown time included in their contract.
