I really enjoy this cafe and go here several times a week. The staff are friendly and the vibe is cozy without feeling claustrophobic. The pastries are pretty solid as well. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the espresso drinks are unfortunately quite mediocre, several rungs down from the third wave coffee shops that you can find pretty much anywhere in NYC these days and often indistinguishable from Starbucks. The medium roast Americano is truly amazing. Latte is also pretty good.
