Had the pleasure of eating here this evening and it was absolutely exquisite— excellent food, great ambiance, and incredible service. Raymond was so welcoming and a joy to chat with. I can’t wait to return and will be recommending this restaurant to all friends
Sensational one star Michelin meal (probably my favorite such meal so far) with fantastic, rich and interesting flavors. Not a single misstep in the entire tasting menu, everything was great. Signature dishes the breakfast taco and the caviar handroll lived up to the hype. We had 3 excellent bottles of wine recommended by the very enthusiastic sommelier on the floor and the cocktails were good too. Highly recommended.
It’s difficult to put this experience into words. Coming from a small town, you think you know good food—until you step into 63 Clinton. The entire evening was nothing short of euphoric: unforgettable dishes, genuine people, and a level of creativity that stops you in your tracks. Michelin didn’t give you a star—you earned every bit of it. Each course pushed my palate into a wild, thrilling ride that left me counting the moments until the next.
