The food was excellent, but the service could have been better. The initial server who served us was not very facilitative and welcoming. Instead, it was a second server who served us better, and even recommended a good martini for my wife.
We told the restaurant that it was our wedding anniversary and the staff recognised this on arrival. Our two servers Adam C who guided us though service and Brice who served were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. They made us feel extra special and really made our day
Dining at Smith & Wollensky was an outstanding experience. The steakhouse's classic, elegant exterior and warm, polished interior set the perfect tone for the meal. We started with fresh West Coast oysters, which were briny and delicate—a fantastic opener. The medium-rare filet mignon was tender and flavorful, perfectly paired with a fresh salad in a superb vinaigrette. A bottle of the house red wine added richness to the meal, complementing the steak without overpowering...
