The food was absolutely fantastic! Kare Kare and Sinigang were just stellar! The sylvanas tasted like home. We always come here and always will continue to come! You can tell all of the people working there really put a lot of effort into their dishes and I can’t appreciate it enough!

Stumbled upon it at UrbanSpace at Union Square. Got the 3 for 10 skewers. From left to right: fish cakes, pork BBQ, and Sweet pork sausage. The sweet pork sausage was AMAZING.

Staff were quick to get food out to everyone.

I always go to their spot wherever they go because all their menu never disappoint me. Its the most tasty, tender and flavorfull barbeque anyone can enjoy. Expect a long line because you wont regret once you get the taste of it. Thank you So Sarap for introducing what a real filipino street food is.

Tried them out at smorgasburg in Williamsburg. Truthfully after waiting over an hour I was disappointed. The food had no flavor and on top of that they wrap the food in this piece of paper and didn’t wrap the paper in a napkin. Oil came pouring out and onto my brand new pants. I told the person working the register but she did not care. I wouldn’t entertain trying their food after this experience. Spend your money on food that actually has flavor and not a puddle of grease.

We ordered three 3 items. Chicken intestines, beef and ube taho. Chicken intestines is very tiny, not grilled through at all. Beef is tough, nothing special. Ube taho does not taste like ube at all. After i tried all of these, I make sure i taken note of the business name so i can warn everyone. We dont deserve this kind of food in NYC. Just go to woodside if you want Filipino food and avoid this at all cost.

Amazing food at smorgasburg. At only $4 an item the cheapest and best tasting food at smorgasburg. Ignore the crazy lady who left the bad review.

I stumbled upon So Sarap outside the area of One World Observatory and the smell drew us in. The pork and beef was so juicy and savory. I look forward to visiting them the next time I am in NYC or when they are back down in Tampa.
