Soba Totto Reviews
Tempura was amazing but I ordered the Tempura Soba only to get plain hot soba with Shrimp Tempura and Veggie Tempura on the side. In Japan The Tempura is in the soup so I was disappointed. A little bland... Great customer service though.

Soba Totto offers a variety of dishes, including Agedashi Tofu, Salmon Mushroom, and Soba with Yam. The restaurant serves tea in a nice cast iron teapot and has a cozy atmosphere, even on Mondays. While some dishes, like Nasu Agebitashi and Kamo Nanban, are praised, others, like Tempura, receive mixed reviews. Cocktails and sake are a highlight, making it a great spot for drinks. The massive space is peaceful and calm, with warm and comforting food. Favorites include the Porsche ramen, mushroom tempura with hot soba noodles, sushi on a spoon, and the sukiyaki hot pot style. The oyako don and don rice bowl are perfectly made, and the yakitori is tasty. Servers are attentive, and the food is served fast and fresh. The ramen is delicious and reasonably priced. The soba noodles are recommended by Michelin, slightly chewy and super fresh, with a light and savory broth. The Washu Beef Yakiniku & Soba Lunch Set is a good lunch with colleagues; the beef was tender and delicious. The restaurant is clean and spacious with lots of tables for small and large groups, and bar seating too. It was not loud so groups were able to have quality conversations. Service is welcoming, attentive, and swift.
