Socarrat Paella Bar - Chelsea

We dined here with the family and we all loved it! The tapas were delicious and big enough to share. Thumbs up to the paellas, specially to the socarrat. ;) The service was great too!

Absolutely loved every minute of our experience at Socarrat Paella Bar-Chelsea! From the flavorful appetizers to the rich and perfectly cooked squid ink paella, and ending with a deliciously smooth cappuccino—everything was pure perfection. Well worth the 1 hour and 20-minute drive. We'll definitely be back!

After relocating here, finding this place was a relief. Every meal I've had here exceeds expectations. The employees provided rapid assistance while remaining polite. I was impressed beyond words. I'm eager to come back, possibly many times.

Diego was our server and we trusted him for recommendations. Everything was amazing. The tuna, the pork chops and the back paella. Definitely will be coming back!

Great food and atmosphere lovely staff

There is something for everyone on the menu. The staff was very attentive and courteous. We sampled several tapas and ordered the lobster paella. Everything we had, including desserts, was excellent!! I would go back again without hesitation and would recommend it to anyone.

I found the quality I expect when dining out. Friends help balance the price-to-portion ratio. The team provides cordial service with careful attention. Their spot delivers on expectations. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We had a great time at Socarrat! The short rib croquettes and paella were incredible, and Ricardo is among one of the best waiters we’ve ever had.

Where to start?? The hostess Amazing welcoming accommodating …. The waiters explained every menu felt right at home very hospitable and although not from Spain from what I can tell they understood the assignment and transplanted us to Spain felt like Barcelona a city I LOVE!!!!! Overall the experience was just perfect. The food was absolutely fantastic and the service was even better. Diego was our server and made perfect recommendations for both food and wine. The Paella was amazing and loved the crispy rice at the bottom. We have put it on the list of places to come back to when in NY.
