It was my first time trying Ube flavor in soft serve, and I can't stop thinking about it! Also got matcha and vanilla and was satisfied with them as well. Creamy texture and not too intense sweetness - will be planning to visit again!

The Woodside soft serve was really good. The Ube ice cream was so creamy, the mochi was delicious and the hint coconut was perfect.

Good solid ice cream and friendly and fast service. Nothing to call home about however. Don’t think it’s worth the price necessarily however. Got a sundae and 2 2 - scoop cups for over $33

Ordered a vanilla soft serve dipped in chocolate and instead of dipping in it as it should be, they only drizzled chocolate on top. Place is overpriced for the size, quality and presentation

Their ube/purple yam soft serve is just amazing! My boyfriend and I had never had it before and we agreed that it's the best flavour we've tasted in a long time. The staff was super friendly and even gave us a sample beforehand :) I really hope to come back and have it again! (I saved this store in my favourite places list)

Interesting concept with good soft-serve flavors. Grabbed the ube and Thai tea, both of which were pretty tasty. The portion is bigger than I would maybe need for a cup of soft serve but the price is on the higher end than I would want, as well, so wish both had been smaller/lower.
Very disappointed not sure if the girl didn’t make it right or what. But very small and it was watery for 14 dollars. Not creamy or like a milkshake…
Had to get ice cream down the street cause it was like drinking a latte

Ordered two scoops, strawberry lychee and cookies and cream. Cashier gave me matcha instead of cookies and cream. When I told her this is not what I ordered, she insisted I said matcha and not cookies and cream. I leave the store and the email receipt literally says cookies and cream….never come here again. They don’t prioritize the customer at all. Crazy that they are gaslighting me over the flavor that I ordered…
