Vietnamese Coffee is known for it's strong, dark robust flavor that is bittersweet and delicious. We cold brew our special blend of beans to reduce the acidity by at least half in comparison to using heat which creates a smoother finish. Definitely a coffee-lovers ice cream flavor. Try with some condensed milk for some additional sweetness.

My husband and I have come for ube soft swerve many times at various locations. We came here last night at Kips Bay and were very disappointed. The ube soft serve tasted off, almost sour, like it was going bad. Please check your food safety protocols.

It was my first time trying Ube flavor in soft serve, and I can't stop thinking about it! Also got matcha and vanilla and was satisfied with them as well. Creamy texture and not too intense sweetness - will be planning to visit again!

Good solid ice cream and friendly and fast service. Nothing to call home about however. Don’t think it’s worth the price necessarily however. Got a sundae and 2 2 - scoop cups for over $33
