Halal cart was a good late night meal, it’s open day and night ! Very good portions and price is good. Pay with cash to void the nyc sales tax. If paying with card you will have to pay sales tax remember!! Also.. I got the combination platter.
There is NO reason this random halal cart should be so good. Chicken is fresh and perfectly cooked, the guy who is there when I go is super nice and gets the spice just right, and it's pretty cheap at just $8 a plate. The portions are good, if I eat at 6 I'm usually full the rest of the night. I've had quite a few chicken over rices since I moved here, THIS one is the BEST, by far the best meal under $10 I've had this year. Also, it's ready really fast....
Some of the BEST halal food I've ever had in the city. I'm a native New Yorker so I've tried a lot of halal stands. This food is cooked with just the right spices and flavors
