Amazing ambiance , right in prime location. Now comes the truth. The service, omg , these ppl just don’t care once you swipe your card. I would NEVER go here again. Ordered chicken sandwich which was so bad we couldn’t finish it ! We just paid a lot and just walked out.

Food and drink were okay although i had one mojito and a huge headache for the rest of the day. The service was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced, just rude, unhelpful, and odd??

I like the place a lot. It has a cool decoration, outside tables, the food is nice with good price. I am knocking one star off simply because of their selection of draft beers, I think a bar should have more varieties and a bar in NYC must have hazy ipa on draft. But all the rest is cool!?

Many things wrong with this establishment: feels very cramped, the scenery is not as impressive as it shows on the pictures. The burger was decent but the wings tasted fake. When we asked for ranch they gave us the same bag I get at the cheap store; Kraft’s ranch. The cups also camp in PLATIC CUPS THAT I WOULD GET AT A 18 year old’s party. Server also forgot many things. Overall, way too overpriced to be this below average

I had stopped here with some friends to have a drink. Very cute spot and loved how it was decorated inside. It looked like a coffee shop but then had a bar. They had drinks specialist for happy hour. Would definitely come back here and the food. Wasn't too busy but looked like a popular spot.

Honestly the worst chicken sandwich I’ve had. It was painful to eat. This place’s kitchen sucks. It’s a shame that such poor restaurant gets to be in one of most beautiful neighborhoods of the city. If you don’t wanna have the rest of your day ruined, don’t mistreat yourself by stepping into this “restaurant”

The man at the counter was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. We asked to order and he just gave us a price, we asked if they would come outside to serve and he yelled “no!!!!”. I was appalled at his behavior and never been treated this badly in my 8 years in New York. Avoid this place at all costs.** edited after a couple drinks here I had changed my review to 3 stars. Someone did come out and serve us and he was very sweet!

Small place to relax for a meal if you don't want to worry about eating too much and avoiding classic fast food. Very nice decoration which makes the atmosphere a little cozy and the quality of the meal is quite correct. I recommend

super cute lunch place! got the classic burger and fries. good prices and very fast service. they have indoor seating as well as a outdoor patio. a couple of little birds hanging out inside when I went which added to the charm for me personally :) I recommend for a quick bite!

Worst service ever! Never coming again the waiter was so rude and disrespectful. Ruined my night. He yelled at me and told me the tip I left was not enough and wouldn’t let me leave the restaurant unless I tipped more. Very very rude worst restaurant. Food was not worth the price.

We are so disappointed in Soho park. We have been coming here for over 10 years pre Covid and was without fail some of the best burgers we have had. Sadly this a far from that now.Start with how filthy and dirty the ordering station is. You could see the grease/dust on the counter and I think at these prices, you could upgrade your interior. Now the food, burger was dry and tasteless, and lacked seasoning. It was also cold, very dry, and appears to have been pre cooked. The onion rings were also cold and appear/taste like they were pre-made.They also now charge for the sauces at 85c, which were free before. Now considering your paying $54 for two burgers and a drink, this place no longer value for money or good food

My recent visit to Soho Park didn't quite live up to my expectations, particularly when it came to the dining experience. The bratwurst sandwich, which I had been looking forward to, turned out to be a real letdown. Priced at $18, it was essentially just a sausage served on a roll with sauerkraut, accompanied by an overly salty bag of chips. This combination did not justify the cost or meet my hopes for a satisfying meal. However, the experience wasn't entirely disappointing, thanks to the fries. They were, without a doubt, the highlight of my visit. These fries were the best I've had in a long time, striking the perfect balance of crispy and fluffy. What made them even more exceptional was pairing them with the curry mayo and black olive mayo. This combination was incredibly delicious and made the fries not just good, but memorable. They were definitely worth it and salvaged the meal for me, turning an otherwise underwhelming visit into a more palatable experience.
