The food at this restaurant is for people who enjoy authentic Italian food made with wonderful ingredients. However be warned that the main dining has blasting music as if you are at a large club. Outer quiet area is calmer and acceptable unless the temperatures drop low.
Parking: It’s okay for now. But be prepared to walk.

- multiple waiters vaping in the kitchen
- playing music in the kitchen that is different from the restaurant, causing me to hear 2 songs at once the entire time
- they will offer you sparkling or still water, and won’t offer you tap water. Resulting in an up charge that they don’t tell you about until later. Scam.
February 17. 5:30PM.
Amazing food though.

Cool spot staff was very nice. Food was okay especially for the prices. Pizza was doughy and pasta was very undercooked. Was definitely expecting a lot better and was a little underwhelmed. Not really worth the prices

Good pizza. The wait staff will sing your club's theme song if you wear any gear to dinner.

Our server was inattentive to our request to clear the table as we finished our appetizers, then the main meal and eventually deserts.

Yeah you can't force a tip on me. You provide your own employees with a wage. That's not my job. I will never and I mean NEVER pay a forced tip! You lost an excellent, consistent repeat customer. Not only that, but I am the office manager at a title company where I would have been ordering food from you on a weekly basis for Friday lunch for the office, so you blew that s*i* right out of the water.
HERE'S SOME ADVICE FROM A FORMER RESTAURANT OWNER: NEVER FORCE A TIP ON YOUR CUSTOMERS. YOU CAN'T FORCE THEM TO PAY IT ANYWAY, AND IT'S ONLY GOING TO PISS THEM OFF. THAT BUSINESS PRACTICE WILL GET YOU NOWHERE!!! AS A FORMER NIGHTCLUB OWNER (Pinky Lee's in Apopka, Florida) YOU DON'T REALLY CARE IF YOUR EMPLOYEES GET TIPPED OR NOT!! BECAUSE YOU CAN EASILY REPLACE THAT EMPLOYEE IF THEY DON'T LIKE THE WAY THEY'RE BEING TIPPED.... BUT YOU NEVER WANT TO TURN AWAY CUSTOMERS. YOU NEVER EVER WANT TO TURN AWAY CUSTOMERS!!!!!! YOUR BUSINESS WILL NEVER SUCCEED. IT'S EASIER TO GET NEW EMPLOYEES THAN IT IS TO GET CUSTOMERS

Great pizzas with excellent ingredients. Prices though are high - too high in my opinion.

Great place to celebrate your birthday here with a large group. Great and attentive service. Good pizza. Plus Anderson Cooper was sitting next to us with his husband!!
This place was recommended to me by a good friend of mine and I was expecting more from this place. The interior was nice, but for the bill that I paid ($142 including $20 for tip) for 3 people, the food could be better... Especially, I do not recommend to order the Mediterranean salad that costs $17 and literally consists of lettuce, four small cheese balls and four small pieces of beetroot. One more thing that I noticed is water; for random customers comes in bottle ($8), but for their Italian and permanent customers comes in carafe free of charge. Overall, I estimate this place as under average.

I was hoping to taste a real Neapolitan pizza. Alas, I enjoyed a typically New York "pizza-like".

We searched on Google and the best reviewed was Ciro Iovine's pizzeria Song and Napule. The place is located in a beautiful neighborhood which is Soho. Not really close to the subway if you get there from Manhattan but doable on foot. You wouldn't think it from the outside but once inside it's really beautiful, characteristic, it looks like one of those old neighborhood pizzerias among the "vasci" of Naples. The atmosphere is beautiful, welcoming, warm and above all made up of people including managers and waiters (Francesco, Adelaide) who immediately make you feel at home. There is Italian music but above all NEAPOLITAN with the classics Gigi but also Luchè etc. Let's get to the food: the pizza overall is good. What we liked most was the dough, while tomato and mozzarella were good but, wanting to make a note, they lacked flavor. In any case, an excellent pizza considering everything. The price is certainly high (72 dollars: 2 buffaloes, 1 water, 1 zero coke, taxes and tips) but on average for New York. Is it worth going there? If you want to enjoy a contemporary Neapolitan pizza but above all experience the atmosphere whether you are American or Italian, absolutely yes!

I first came here over the summer & really liked the pizza. I came back today 12/2/24 around 8pm & ordered the same margherita pizza for take out for "Bella". Whoever the guy was who charged my card, chose my tip for me. When I signed the device & hit next, I then realized he already chose the middle (2nd) tip option of $4+. It shouldn't be mandatory to leave a tip just for take out, and if I was going to leave a tip (which I normally do) it should be my choice on what to choose and not the person handling my card. Yes, I should have paid more attention before I signed the device, but the worker shouldn't have done that. I regret not asking for my reciept & speaking up at that moment. Next, my margherita pizza had only 2 pieces of basil on it. This pie was to share & was a big disappointment.
After reading past reviews, this isn't the first or second time there has been an issue with other patron's tips. Reading the business' responses to negative reviews are just filled with excuses and not taking accountability.

The restaurant is so cute and the service was quick. I recommend getting any of the pizzas because the dough is the best I’ve ever had. It’s very light and bouncy ☁️

Food was fine, but a 25% 'large party 20+ people' automatic tip was added to my bill even though I only ate with 3 other people.
Beware!
