During a food tour of NYC, we ate at many places, but Spicy Village stood out. The scallion sauce veg dumplings were amazing. The flavor was so authentic it felt like we were eating in another country. I can't recommend them enough—definitely a 5-star experience!
Really enjoyed their hand pulled noodles!
The noodles had a great texture and coated with delicious sauce. The lamb was well seasoned and the bok choy was cooked well. The cilantro added a hint of freshness and the chili oil was flavorful.

Absolutely loved this spot! Got there on a weekday around 9pm so it was pretty empty. We were seated quickly and got our orders in. The food was so excellent! And you can get some drinks of your own by the nearby bodega. Sure, I saw some rats scuttle by (in the distance) but it honestly added to the charm of it all. For me as a first time visitor, it was truly a hidden gem.
