The rice rolls are thin and silky but not mushy. The addition of the egg was a nice touch. The toppings/meat is very bland with almost no taste. The dish requires soy sauce and even better with the chili sauce. If there was actual flavor to toppings or even an add-on special sauce, this would be a top dish.
