Great place and great staff. The ping pong ambience was fantastic. We rented a two hour party event and the space was great and staff was amazing . But we were unhappy, with the food served along the party package.The food package is designed per person but when it comes to servings we noted that items like French fries etc made more rounds vs , items like samosas & other good items like falafels. Also, we had asked for no red meat and the communication never got thru !!!! and they replaced the beef sliders with French fries in last minute.Had enough French fries for at least 2 yrs now ! .UPDATE: Had to post an update of how Spin called us and apologized about our food experience and they provided refund on the food. Appreciate their efforts to make things better . ?Vegetarian options: Great vegan options on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

This place is so much fun!! Its my 2nd time here and the staff is on point!! The staff member at the door was pleasant . Manager Spider was so welcoming and attentive all night long as we were celebrating my daughters birthday. Joe the other manager is great as well. They took great care us. Highly recommend!!! Again!!

My group came in this past weekend. The place was really fun with a good atmosphere. The reason it is getting 3 stars is because for my first round I didn't get ID'd, when I came back for a second I got the meanest look and was treated rudely when asked for my ID. I do not care about getting ID'd, I do look very young so it is understandable, but I would still like to be treated with respect. The people behind the bar were whispering and staring. Same thing happened with another girl in my group. The whispering and staring continued all night even with some of the guys picking up balls and what seemed to be a manager. It became really uncomfortable and not enjoyable.

My Grandson Noah had his Bar Mitzvah celebration this past Saturday at Spin Flatiron- absolutely perfection! The Food was non stop incredible and the Service was outstanding!! Thank you Laura and your fabulous team! Love it all!
2nd time visiting Spin. Went last night to see Super Bowl LVIII. I got a good deal for open bar and open buffet. The food was terrible ! I gave 2 stars because the best thing on the menu was the kale salad and tater tots. We didn’t get wings which is a common food at a football event. Instead we got what seemed to be homemade Stewed type chicken with no real flavor , super bland and not thoroughly cooked, needless to say no love was placed in making that chicken. The ribs the same , they were cold , sooo dry , barely any bbq sauce and over cooked! Not what I expected at all ! Love this place and this was a total disappointment this 2nd time around. I had bragged about this place and it was clear my date won’t go back because the food was that sad. We chatted with other people around us and everyone we spoke to felt the same exact way, I’m sure many people did :( open bar was a success. No complains on the selections.

Just had our company party here and it was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and attentive, from booking the venue with Hope to the bartender Jimmy. The food was so good, with many options to choose from. We ate we drank and we played!Shout to Joe for being the worse! (the Best ever)
