4/5 Fantastic service and beverages. The view is incredible, great for a selfie. I think the only drawback would be how crowded it gets. I'd recommend arriving as early as possible. I'd imagine there's quite a wait later on in the evening. But fantastic spot for a quick cocktail.Parking: Valet might be an option with the Archer hotel, but I don't believe so.Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult to access via wheelchair, requires and elevator ride and the establishment itself is very narrow. Would not recommend for wheelchair access.

loved it. the staff is really sweet and nice. we snagged a cute table next to empire state. it's really nice because they have a separate area to go outside so it's not just a covered Rooftop. even if it's raining you can see the empire state which is so close you can almost touch it.

Honestly, the prices didn't bother us because we went for the view. I don't recommend you spend the whole night here, but for a drink and a photo (or two) this place is ideal. And the staff was super nice. Great stop!

Good rooftop although somewhat small. The views are ok but not astonishing. The prices for the food and drink are averages for the kind of place. The service overall was good, very nice waitress who took care of us!

Visited whilst on New York travels, nice vibe about the place and my sever was a cracker.Whole reason for coming was to get a view of the empire state, but visibly was limited and the terrace closed due to rain - staff should have informed me of the fact before seating me, they were all too happy to expect a tip afterwards.The cocktail I had was nice enough and went down well, but drinks menu was limited.

I’m always super impressed on How The Tiniest space being utilized in NYC. Great use of space & decor. Loved the atmosphere & NYC views.Definitely, will revisit for the summer vibe as it seems to have more space when the glass doors are hope. Cool spot, close to Penn Station or Port of Authority!I’m

Dingy atmosphere. Cocktails underwhelming as was the view. Staff were inattentive and lacked knowledge of cocktail ingredients. More interested in personal conversations over attending to the guests.

Our group wanted to grab some drinks before our dinner and we came across Spyglass. We weren't disappointed at all. We got to the roof and asked for a table for 6. We waited about 5 minutes, and the host brought us outside to an area we could have for our time there. We loved the spot. We were right in front of the Empire State Building! The service was great and the drinks were good. The drinks were quite expensive, but the view and service was worth it. One of the guys in our group wanted some food and ordered some wings. They were good, but nothing great. There's also another bar downstairs, where we continued the party and got some shots. Definitely a pricey spot both downstairs and upstairs, but that's pretty standard for any NYC spot with a nice view.

Food was great, limited menu but fine for a bar, the drinks were not that great, I'd expect something more elevated. Service was ok, the size of the tables to accommodate 2 persons are too small. The view of the Empire State Building is awesome.

Unfortunately there was an extremely loud family at the bar that totally took away from what could have been a wonderful experience. Dear Irving on Hudson would have been a much better choice. We left to have dinner elsewhere after one drink.
The experience was so terrible, the food was so trashy, the music sucked and was so loud. during the New year's countdown they didn't even have a high volume tv in order for us to countdown. It was not at all worth the money, I wouldn't go back here again.

Restaurant had a fantastic view of the empire state building. There was only 3 other groups in the space on a Saturday for brunch so it felt intimate and special. Service and food were great.
