4/5 Fantastic service and beverages. The view is incredible, great for a selfie. I think the only drawback would be how crowded it gets. I'd recommend arriving as early as possible. I'd imagine there's quite a wait later on in the evening. loved it. the staff is really sweet and nice. we snagged a cute table next to empire state. it's really nice because they have a separate area to go outside so it's not just a covered Rooftop. even if it's raining you can see the empire state which is so close you can almost touch it.
