worst Starbucks ever as someone who was visiting out of town and drink was in a dirty mug with a water ring around it soaking wet. the manager of this establishment was rude too. purchasing a drink to enjoy the "ambiance". Starbucks is an open place you don't need to buy a drink to sit down. But this is the only Starbucks that I have ever been in that required this.

Rude cashier . She didn’t say a word to us. Disgusting toilet , smell of urine , couldn’t use it at all. They didn’t wash it for days. 0 hygiene I regret having a coffee here

Went in and bought a drink with my little sister because she desperately needed to use the bathroom. The cashier started to tell us the bathroom code when the manager interrupted and said they closed the bathroom early (15 min before closing) and that we couldn’t use it. I explained she was bleeding through her pants and we only bought a drink to use the bathroom and the manger continues to refuse access. A total dehumanizing experience. Pretty certain it’s illegal to serve food/drinks and not provide a restroom… the manager said she didn’t want to have to sterilize it again. I even offered to clean it again myself. What laziness and rudeness. Finally to top it off, they forgot to make the drink we didn’t want in the first place. Most starbucks are not like this at all.

dirty floor shop Old seats and wrinkled leather... Looks like there's no standard. The bathroom is broken and can't be used... probably they don't want people who come to use it or the employees are too lazy to clean it, I don't know. Both are located in the heart of the city. Should be ready to provide more services.

I’m getting annoyed with this location refusing to offer cup of water for a grande or larger size. The staff , supervisors and management teams are rude & extremely stingy of offering cup of water tall size ! Never again EVER I’m coming back to this location (1st & last time I’m stepping into this store ). Most of the other locations are not like that .
Now, seriously… Ever been to one of this here relatively unknown newfangled ?? cafe kinda locations with the peculiar nomenclature “Starbucks”? Huh? ?Nope… It’s, like, not a Seattle or Portland or San Francisco thingy… Nor Austin nor Boston nor Nawlins… Nawww… Welp… Yup… Fuggedit… Guess you never heard of it, yo…?Ok ??♂️… yeah yeah, stop ? reading… just… stop… the reading…*mic drop*? ☕️ ???♂️**Sheesh! Not a fan of being berated the moment I come into the door. The manager immediately starting chastising me for leaving my bag near the brick wall. When I only, momentarily, placed it to the side to give the bag I carried for a friend back to her. No 'good morning' -- not even an apology after I explained the situation.The moods of the employees here have always been meh, but I'm over it. Please do not take your attitude out on me; that's not the example a manager should be setting for everyone else.
