This is one of the worst run Starbucks.. I usually order online to pick up before I take the train..the estimated pick up time is always inaccurate and end up either missing my train or losing money on coffee that I cannot pick I’ll if I need to take the train on time.. truly the worst.. I’m not going to be using this location ever again, just not worth the brainwidth..

I wish I could give this location NO STARS! Every time I order a drink on the app the drink is wrong. Today, I showed the cashier a picture of my wrong drink from yesterday and she got an attitude and proceeded to tell me she wasn’t there yesterday. I told her what I asked for is standard with the drink I ordered. She told me “I’m just asking if you want whip cream or not”. It was an awful experience. Today, is it for me and this location! The amount of money Starbucks charges for their beverages they need to deal with this location! I never see a manager on-site ever!

At the Starbucks in the Amtrak waiting area store the employee TJ was nasty and rude when I try to order because she was in her cell phone Chequia videos and chatting.I will not go back to this store
There are two ways buying coffee inside and outside, people buying tickets and waiting inside in sitting area get some coffee, but Starbucks workers send people outside, what kind of service it is?

The staff are very poorly trained and don't know how to make the beverages properly and they are extremely rude. This is clearly a failure of management as most of them are young. I have had so many poor experiences that I wouldn't know were to start. At one time I ordered my drink on the app and arrived at the counter to find one other lady waiting. The 2 baristas had there backs turned to us and were deep in conversation then after several minutes of this I asked the lady next to me if their machine was broken etc she indicated no so I asked the barista what was going on and I was given a death stare and she began to prepare my drink whilst slamming things down because I had the nerve to interrupt her socializing whilst she was supposed to be working
