I am not sure how this Starbucks location has 2.3 rating! I traveled from Penn Station multiple times last week and stopped by this Starbucks each time (at different times of the day), and was never dissatisfied. The employees were quite busy, but getting the job done - with smiles on their faces and pleasantries to the patrons. I think commuters can often be grumpy.

The Amtrak Starbucks team are seriously my favorite Starbucks crew. They’re so incredibly sweet, welcoming and make the mornings better. They one time mixed up my drink and were so kind and even gave me a future drink gift card which I didn’t expect at all. They really are caring and it shows. Thanks Amtrak bucks!
I want to personally thank Jassy, Michaela and the other baristas here for their friendly cheerful and uplifting service. Most customers including me are commuters and not in the best of moods early morning commuting into work - yet the cheerful welcome from Jassy and how the baristas recognize each customer (and there are many!) is truly appreciated and I am grateful to them for cheering me up every morning.
