i get that they’re super busy in the mornings but i wish they can at least check people for a receipt, especially if stolen drinks are such a reoccurring issue at this location.
with that said— to the two people who stole my drinks, i hope you sleep with your pillows warm on both sides at night. you can afford LIRR tickets please buy your own starbucks

This has to be the best Starbucks - the efficiently of this place is insane. It has hundreds of people all morning and manages every order with ease. The status screen is the best too. Literally every step. They’re super friendly and have awesome music too.
Cashier up front with hand tats and glasses saw me crying and paid for my drink with her own money & told me she hoped my day got better. THAT just completely made up my day. Thank you so much for this experience!!

Starbucks at Penn Station in New York City remains a convenient and popular spot for travelers and commuters. The friendly baristas quickly prepare drinks, ensuring that customers can order ahead online to avoid long lines. The Caramel Macchiato continues to be a favorite, offering a mild, flavorful taste that doesn’t require additional sweeteners. Recently, customers have praised the Pumpkin Spice Latte for its rich, smooth flavor, capturing the warm essence of fall. The spacious, recently renovated location features a dedicated pickup area and digital screens to track order status, making it easy for customers to stay updated. Despite the constant crowds, the team works efficiently, creating a welcoming atmosphere even during busy times. With its prime location near train platforms and subway access, Starbucks provides a reliable caffeine boost for commuters and tourists alike, whether they're arriving, departing, or just passing through the bustling transportation hub. However, experiences can vary, as some customers have noted less positive interactions with staff. Overall, this Starbucks delivers top-notch drinks and service most of the time.
