Last years visit was great this year's visit was not. The tables,seats and floor all had trash on them. Never cleaned.We had to wait way too long for the order. I'm not sure what happened in a year.

I usually get great service here but after waiting for so long for drink, and it not being made correctly, the attitude from an employee was quite rude. You usually have to wait long anyways here for drinks to be ready so I’ll rather go elsewhere now.

How is it possible one of the best croissants I've had in NYC is in the basement of a Starbucks at the Empire State Building? It makes no sense, but here we are.Ok, cornetti. But I mean, c'mon it's a croissant. (Get the raspberry one)Skip the big line in the lobby, head to the lower levels take a seat and order a pastry.I also enjoyed the Oleato cortado (my wife, did not) - so that's a love it or hate it.Staff are super nice. And lll be back to try the other savory offerings. Pizza even? Don't know if I'm willing to pay $8 for a slice but maybe ... Just maybe.. for science.

Stacey is the worst arrogant cashier ever! Terrible experience. she demanded that we wait in the long queue again even though we had already done so just because she is an arrogant woman

The place is cool and has a lot more options then a regular Starbucks. But there really isn't enough seating in there. The merch is different then a typical Starbucks. Your can purchase things with the Starbucks app but you can not redeem Starbucks rewards here.
