Nichole who runs the online order pickup during weekday morning rush hour is awesome! She has my name memorized and immediately has my drink ready to hand to me when I walk in regardless of how many people are hovering over the pickup counter. I am in and out of there faster than Lando Norris on F1 pit lane! It seems she has several other regulars names memorized too which is incredible given the number of people flowing through that store. Deserves a raise/promotion!

I love the morning crew. From the manager Diana, to the crew itself, Luis, Will, Heidi, Judy. They are so welcoming, they’re friendly. I honestly prefer to order Starbuck rather than bring coffee from home because seeing them brightens my day. 5 STAR CREW, FOR REAL !
