This is by far one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, in the world. Probably only 1 in Bangkok compares to the worst service. But that's a 3rd world country. I saw service staff using the restroom and then handling food immediately. That was enough to make me leave after waiting 25 minutes in line.

I went into the store, happy and wanting a drink and a snack. I walk in. I wasn’t greeted. I had this guy. Taking my order. His name was Mack. he was very rude. Very disrespectful. Very sassy. Did not like his attitude at all. He was being rude to customers giving them attitude even when nice to him. If you don’t like your job just quit. I don’t recommend this starbucks.

Visited this branch early this morning around 7 AM, it was already quite busy. The temperature inside the café felt a bit too cold for comfort. Service was generally okay; the staff seemed a bit off that morning, but she kindly offered a decaf coffee for our son, which we appreciated. Overall, the service was quick.

The shop closes 21:30. I want to use the restroom at 19:30: they say it has already been cleaned and that is not available for the rest of the day…. Two Hours before closure! Paying 6 dollars for a coffee and not being able to use the toilet is ridiculous!

One star. The restroom here smells so terrible it’s worse than any portable toilet I’ve ever been in on a hot day. It’s unbearable, and it seems the ventilation isn’t working at all. This really ruins the overall experience.
