One star. The restroom here smells so terrible it’s worse than any portable toilet I’ve ever been in on a hot day. It’s unbearable, and it seems the ventilation isn’t working at all. This really ruins the overall experience.

I ordered a cold pineapple drink, they served it wrong, they didn't change it, they just added strawberry essence or something like that and what that was was to make the taste worse. What's on the menu doesn't look anything like what's on the menu.

I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived the barista preparing the beverages was Great. I received my beverage almost as soon as I walked in. My sandwich, on the other hand, was not ready. One of the employees literally passed by and looked at my sandwich on the counter three times. It was not until 9 minutes passed by, and I asked about my sandwich that she went directly to the sandwich on the counter to prepare it. She then seemed annoyed that she had to prepare it. Is that not what you're there to do. I'm at a loss on this one.

Exceptional birthday cake pop, I had never tried it and I was amazed. Pumpkin spice creme frappuccino good but nothing special, being cold I find it not very wintery and very very sugary.
The employees are nice but they made the drink incorrectly. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino and they didn’t make it look anything like the photo. The didn’t put the chocolate syrup or sprinkles on top of the whipped cream.
