Out of all the Starbucks in NYC and Long Island - this one by far is the absolute best. All the baristas have the BEST attitude and the tunes are great in the mornings.
Ant, the manager is my absolute favorite, he remembers everyone's name and makes your day just that much better.
My order is always perfect. They are a breath of fresh air and I enjoy getting my morning coffee there every day on my way to the office.

I hate giving bad reviews because i work in the service industry and understand how it can be. On the other hand, i went into this store and began to order and stuttered, because i have a stutter, and the cashier shook his hands at his head to express frustration with this while locking wide eyes with me. I ordered a venti ice white mocha with 1 pump caramel and vanilla sweet cream cold foam. I was corrected on how to pronounce caramel, which i dont really care about, but then there wasn’t even any caramel in my drink, or rung in on my ticket! He struggled to ring it in, which is okay, we’ve all been there, but he rang in cold brew, and i said, “no, cold foam.” He asked me “just the cold foam not cold brew?” I said yes. It cost $14 dollars, and my drink is usually like $8-$9, but i am a little shy and chalked this up to “maybe new york is more expensive”. When they called my name i was presented a GRANDE (wrong size) cold brew (didn’t i say no cold brew??) with cold foam, thats it. Not a trace of the venti iced white mocha in sight. No “care-eh-mel” either. I didn’t ask for a remake because of the initial interaction with the cashier acting as if i was a major inconvenience, when i was the only one ordering at that time… it just sucks i wasted my money, and was made to feel bad like that, and this is coming from someone who works food service/hospitality, i know how customers can be. Just generally unacceptable

ash was INCREDIBLY rude to me and other patrons. another guy actually called out her behaviour to the manager which was kinda funny. rudy made a fire drink though!!

I go to Starbucks about everyday and order the same drink in different locations and have never had a problem until I came here, the man who took my order was very nice but the woman who made my drink was rude, taking phone calls on her cellphone, making drinks out of order of when they were placed and really taking her time on them, I’ve never had it take so long to have an order made and in the end she didn’t make it right, I asked about the extra topping I had already placed in my original order and she wanted to charge me extra which I’ve never paid for at any other location and if I needed to should have been charged when I first made the order, it was just disappointing, I love Starbucks and this was the first bad experience I’ve ever had there but I won’t chose this location again

I gave 4 stars to this place because has a good staff, very friendly, the ambiance is also good, only problem was there are no charging ports if one wants to sit and work here!

Pleasant atmosphere, good location when you are traveling at Penn station, where you can sit down and enjoy your drink. Nice interior design and very spacious. The downside to consider: no bathroom (you can use the bathroom inside Moynihan train station), the service is very slow, I had the impression they are sleeping, waited about 10 minutes to get my order, only a few people work. However the next closest Starbucks is underground in the Penn Station and Moynihan , and you can NOT sit there to eat your meal.

Vegetarian options: What you feel is vegetarian, like the new egg pesto sandwich or the mozzarella tomato paninis

Recommended dishes: Bagel, Cran-Merry Orange Refresher

I wanted to thank the staff of this Starbucks location. This morning I was late to work and rushing. I placed my order on the train but instead of the one right in Penn Station I ordered the one by Amtrak so they said from the Penn Station that location is outside the Penn. off course I couldn’t find it and I walked into this location to ask them
They were so nice and they realized I was upset about it but nothing to do I had to run to work
The barista offered me to make my coffee
It was very nice of her 🥰

I have been a regular customer at this Starbucks, frequently stopping by to purchase coffee and a breakfast sandwich. However, I’ve recently decided not to return due to the unprofessional and unfriendly behavior of the staff.
In particular, one employee named Ashley let my coffee sit for an extended period after it had already been made, as she was preoccupied with her phone. My coffee grew cold, and when I politely asked for it, she responded angrily, telling me to wait while she continued using her phone.
Although another employee eventually handed me the cold coffee, I was already disappointed by Ashley’s rudeness and inappropriate behavior.
Additionally, a friend of mine shared a similar negative experience. She mentioned that Ashley rudely told customers who had ordered through the app to stand in a long line at the register just to request an iced cup.
While the prices of Starbucks coffee and food continue to rise, so too does the unfriendliness of the staff. Behavior like this discourages customers from returning to the store.

It's my first time visiting this location and I like the design of the space when I first walked in. And then I was welcomed by friendly staff, and even got a special treat because they were closing early. I also noticed that the store was pretty clean. Will definitely come to visit again!
