Not nice at all ,I asked about free water from the tap,and they didn’t give it to me ,very dissapointing .You need to buy something ! Water should be free since they get it from the tap

Coffee was coffee , STANKKKK attitude by one of the employees would make me absolutely not go to this one again . $20 for coffee and food to get a stank attitude , no thanks , I’ll go to bagel shop next door

Staff were polite and friendly - but. There was a real language barrier, with multiple staff unable to understand single shot decaf latte. We were served an espresso. Perhaps it was my English accent. Perhaps not. Not impressive.

Worst place to enjoy a coffee overlooking Columbus circle. This Starbucks location is disappointing. It’s often dirty, with an unpleasant smell of pee in the air, and many of the seats are occupied by homeless people with their ‘luggages’ The environment doesn’t justify spending $7 on a coffee.

Something must have happened with the floor here, because it appears either very dirty or the tiles have these deep stripe structure, with black stripes. I guess it must be dirty, though. Well, if that is the case, it is really so.
