Worst place to enjoy a coffee overlooking Columbus circle. This Starbucks location is disappointing. It’s often dirty, with an unpleasant smell of pee in the air, and many of the seats are occupied by homeless people with their ‘luggages’ The environment doesn’t justify spending $7 on a coffee.

Something must have happened with the floor here, because it appears either very dirty or the tiles have these deep stripe structure, with black stripes. I guess it must be dirty, though. Well, if that is the case, it is really so.

Love this location! Great spot for a quick pickup coffee! Close to Columbus Circle and close to Central Park!! The staff was very friendly, we put our order in online and it was ready within minutes! Loved it!

I was really surprised at the level of disrespect from the staff. After ordering my order I witnessed one woman attempt to do the same and get a lot of attitude back/eye rolls, very odd and not a good look for the shop.

I ordered the new berry lemonade and it was $8. But what is horrible is that I kept getting what felt like plastic when I tried to drink this. There was something white on most of the balls at the bottom and it was simply not digestible. I tossed it in the trash after just a few tries to drink it. The white stuff and what seemed like plastic were not worth risking it by trying to not waste $8. Will never order this again and probably will not go to Starbucks unless I have no other options. The prices are outrageous to me.

I visited the Starbucks at 4 Columbus Cir, New York, NY 10019, around 2 PM and ordered an egg pesto mozzarella sandwich, which I paid for using the app. Unfortunately, the sandwich was served cold, and the experience was further worsened by the unfriendly attitude of the employee who served me. Additionally, the rest of the team didn’t acknowledge my presence while I waited, which added to the overall negative experience.

I come there in mornings with my dog every morning and i always get a pup cup. This rude guy with dreads and glasses gonna give me a sample cup and told me this the new cups and it’s completely wrong i go to Starbucks everyday they never treat me or my dog like that
This Starbucks location has the worst customer service. Personnel is rude, they look like they don't want to be here, they don't say Hello or something not even ask you about your drink, they just standing staring at you with an attitude. Also, they place is always dirty, trash on the floor and unclean tables.
