I owe an apology here and especially to the baristas. I left an undeserved miserable review on the 12/10. I try very hard to be considered with my posts but this one got away from me. This Starbucks is convenient, comfortable, friendly and the coffee is great! Next time I pass by I will stop in and do this in person.

I had to write a review to thank a barista, Yalitza. I get an iced chai latte at several different Starbucks. I put in extra pumps but the taste really varies from place to place. The best one I have ever had was made by Yalitza. She really put in the effort to get the proportions of chai, milk and ice right. She put cinnamon on the bottom and then swirled the cup to make sure it mixed in with the chai. She did the same when she added the milk. It looked like she was making a special drink. And it tasted incredible. Additionally, she was so pleasant. Such a great employee! Thanks Yalitza!!

I waited 20 minutes (no joke) for a cappuccino and ended up leaving because I had to catch my bus. The guy making the coffees moves at the pace of a sloth! in those 20 minutes he only managed to make 4 coffees

1. they didn’t give me a receipt and i couldn’t get in the bathroom 2. they didn’t have toilet paper in their restroom 3. their sockets don't work and there is no way you can charge your phone

Great service, workers are kind. The drinks do come out a bit slow but they’re short staffed most of the time and I know the workers are efficient. Also seating is comfortable.
