I came to this coffee shop and the person at the register jump out there living me without attention and wait patiently until I have to have where I can place my order he appointed to other person very rude no manners no one was here only us so there is no excuses

Very bad service, both from the cashier and the person who prepares the orders. I went with my daughter, we ordered two products to drink together, hers came out and drank it all, and when I approached the girl to claim mine (since the idea was to drink it with my daughter), the girl It bothered me and along with whoever was at the checkout they started laughing at me, speaking in English. They thought I didn't understand the language. The truth is a very bad experience, they should tell them what customer service is. I will NEVER return to that store again.

I recently visited the Starbucks at 6th Ave and 53rd, and it was a disappointing experience. First, they don't accept mobile orders, which is quite inconvenient for anyone on the go. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes just to place my order. After ordering, I was expecting a quick service, but I ended up waiting another 10 minutes and still hadn't received my drink. The inefficiency and lack of consideration for customers' time at this location are unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this Starbucks if you're in a hurry or value your time.
