This is without a doubt the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, there’s a girl who only treats the others badly. I don’t understand, between them bad attitude and then with the customers. In addition, they only talk and talk to each other and don’t move the coffees when obviously a huge line waiting for coffee and alsoooo i been waiting for my order 24 minutos,no 5 or 7 nooo,24 minutes that’s unacceptable ,im also saw the manager around but ……

The location was OK, there werent too many booth spaces but there was plenty of high table seats available during my visit and individual seating, I stopped by during an afternoon, it wasn't too busy which was great. I was hoping to get some work done and had spotted the power pads for a portable charge for my phone on some of the tables, unfortunately the chargers dont appear to work. The staff was friendly, no complaints there.

Starbucks, once the market leader, is now struggling in the face of competition. Brands like Costa Coffee offer more competitive prices and a more ethical approach. The brand no longer innovates as much and its customer experience has become more standardized. If the quality remains, the competition has surpassed it in several aspects.

This location has some of the worst customer service in the Downtown area. Just overall never a good experience here. The workers will consistently make a mistake of some kind and then either make a face in annoyance or will not wanna make the drink. How do you look at a mobile order and not actually read it to see whats on it then be ANNOYED when you have to do YOUR job? So odd. Imagine if I went to work and was annoyed that I had to actually do what i’m paid to do. Newsflash it makes paying customers feel incredibly uncomfortable when you make a mistake and then react with a face for no reason when you couldve just read the order before hand

The guys working there are unmotivated and careless with orders. They tried to give me an order under a name that wasn’t mine, insisting that I had given my girlfriend’s name. Instead of apologizing for a mistake that can happen, they just kept pushing. I’ll never go back there. Hire people who actually want to work, not slack off.

I was very disappointed to get this terrible coffee and not what I ordered: a cold brew with a splash of vanilla cream. This appears and tastes like mostly cream. The service here is terrible. I do not recommend.
